Alexis Trinity Irving was born 13 years ago! She is our first grandchild. We were thrilled when she entered our lives and continues to amaze us. It's wonderful to watch her grow into a woman. She is so much like her mother! I call them Pete and Repeat. She was called Lexi at birth but in grade 7, Lexi decided she didn't like the way her mom spelled it and it's now Lexie!
When she was born, I decided I would retire and look after her when Cheryl went back to work. My boss had other ideas so I worked part-time from home and looked after Lexie. It was the best decision I made. Cec really helped out and those years were precious to us.
