Good news from White Rock

Here is hoping this will help all the merchants that are having problems getting people to shop at their stores and eat at their restaurants.  East beach is completely blocked.  There are only a few parking spots on the street.  The new parking lot is not finished and the stores and restaurants are really suffering.
