Happy 17th Birthday!

Cheryl's cat Snowstorm was 17 yesterday.  She got him from the cat vet in Richmond so knew his exact birthday.  He was the runt of the litter and has been a wonderful cat.  His first 10 years were spent living under a bed.  Then they decided they really wanted a cat that would perhaps have a personality and picked out Roxy from the SPCA.  Roxy brought Snowstorm out from under the bed and now he's very visible.  He's Cheryl's cat and let's Lexie dress him up for every occasion.  Happy 17th birthday Snowstorm!

He doesn't look his age!
Lexie said he wanted chocolate cake, so that's what we bought.
Every night they jump on Cheryl and watch TV!

Yesterday, Nancy and I walked White Rock beach!  So sad to see the pier, but it's going to get repaired soon.
We saw two trains rolling through!

More of the walkway is now open

We walked past the "White Rock" and almost got to East Beach.
We were stopped as they are still cleaning up after the storm.

Nancy saw our first flowers!  Spring has arrived!
