We celebrated 2020 as we did 2019. Paula and Gordon invited us for a wonderful New Years dinner. She had a roast pork complete with home made applesauce, steamed broccoli, carrots, rice and peppers. We started with a wonderful Waldorf Salad and ended the meal with low fat frozen yogurt and a nice cranberry and orange sauce Paula made! She made it light for us which we really appreciate. We've had some larger meals in the last couple of weeks and this was a wonderful way to start the New Year.
They are still doing renos in their home and what they've done so far is awesome! They told us about their wonderful trip to Italy. They brought this bottle of wine back and it was really nice.
