Finally election day!

For four years we've heard about the 2020 US Election.  In Canada, an election is called and in six weeks it's over.  Of course our elections are not scheduled and if you follow politics you can tell they are going to call one.  All of a sudden projects that have been ignored and money is available for everything that will get votes.

The only thing that baffles me in the United States is the Republicans who are pro life.  They are against any form of abortion, but have no problem with herd immunity.  They don't seem concerned about the 235,000 lives lost to COVID.

I hope all the votes are counted and the candidate with the most electoral college votes without court interference is elected.  Watching the coverage last weekend and seeing the cities board up their windows, let's hope there is no violence.

It should be an interesting day!
