About a month ago, I invited the family to Easter Dinner. My thought was, virus will be better and we can eat outside. Looking at the weather and listening to Dr. Bonnie, I postponed dinner after she issued her last edict valid to April 19th. The turkey is still frozen and when things are better and we can stay outside, I will cook a family belated Easter/Christmas/Thanksgiving dinner.
I've pre-ordered dinner! Two of my friends ordered this at Christmas as said it was delicious. It's good to order take out to keep these restaurants in business. We prefer family owned restaurants over chains, but I can walk to White Spot and it's nice to hear it's tasty!
I helped a friend get an appointment for a vaccine, As her group came up at midnight, I stayed up, At 8 PM there were 135 appointments and by 12:05 there were 8 left at the drive thru clinic she wanted. We are fortunate in Fraser Health as we can book online and if you have a choice of time and day that works fine. She sent me a thank you gift!
The wine looks wonderful and the Easter lily is about to bloom. This will make our Easter dinner a little nicer!
