My favorite place is Bora Bora. It's a small South Pacific Island northwest of Tahiti in French Polynesia. It is owned by France and no one other than French citizens can own property there. It is an unspoiled paradise. No McDonalds, Starbucks or KFC!
Bora Bora is surrounded by sand-fringed motus and a turquoise lagoon protected by a coral reef. It's known for it's scuba diving. At the islands center rises Mt. Otemanu a 727 meter dormant volcano. There are a lot of very expensive luxury resorts where some guest bungalows are perched over the water on stilts.I've just enabled my comments so if you read my blog and want to comment on your favorite place I would love to hear about your favorite place.
