Let it snow

We had a large snowfall on Wednesday night.  The morning commute was horrible, but we sat at home and watched it on TV.  One of our neighbours posted this picture on her Facebook page.  I didn't go out but did see the "shiny" snow.


The crunchy brulee topping on the snow was a nice touch.  It didn't help the snowblower as the snow was so deep and with the crunchy top the batteries didn't last long!  The snow was so high, the front gates wouldn't open until Cec and another neighbour who was going to work cleared the snow around the gates! I was thrilled to see our strata snow removal clear the road in the mid afternoon!  

My next door neighbour sent me this from her winter home in Mesa, Arizona!  

Sounds like great advice!
