Congratulations to this awesome team!
When I worked at Ritchie Bros. one of the girls was a competitive curler. Her team went to the Scotties Tournament of Hearts. We all cheered her on. She didn't win but the hours of practise and work that went into that tournament was mind blowing. She had three small children. Her husband and mom stepped in to make sure all went well when she was away.
I can't imagine what the women's hockey team has sacrificed to get to the Olympics. Apparently they were training in Calgary. I'm sure there are lots of moms with wonderful families who helped them make their dream.
