I follow James Van Fleet, the Meteorologist hired by Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. We were on the Anthem of the Seas last week and missed Hurricane Nicole. The Anthem of the Seas was scheduled to visit the Bahamas and Florida this week so I've been watching the sailing. If you want to follow him on You Tube, he is very interesting:

Look at that Sunshine for
Anthem of the Seas Guests as we arrive this morning to Labadee! Captain Iv sending this gorgeous shot from the Bridge. We deviated this weekend to stay far away from Nicole, and it looks like the plan payed off! :)
They first went to Labadee, Haiti (picture above). On Thursday the Anthem of the Seas was in the Dominican Republic. Ports completely changed for the comfort and safety of the passengers! Way to go RCCL!
Yesterday the Anthem is enroute to Bayonne, NJ. I looked up the ships position and was impressed at how far away from the east coast it is. Hopefully away from the storm.
