Miss Vyvyanne!

In an earlier blog, I posted my brother-in-law Richard and a couple of friends bought a race horse.  Miss Vyvyanne.  She was born in Florida and her father was a good racer.  This summer they moved her to Woodbine in Ontario and her first race was last month.

Her second race was last Saturday.  I wasn't able to find the race online and being at sea I don't know if I would have even had enough bandwidth anyway.  Here is her second race!

I looked up the name, spelled a little different but every horse must have a different name:

lively
Meaning:  lively. Vyvyan as a girl's name (also used as a boy's name) is of Latin origin, and the meaning of Vyvyan is "lively". Vyvyan is related to the name Vivian.

Annie's trainer and jockey are both female!  I'm not much of a gambler.  I asked Richard to bet for me as we were at sea.  I bet $10.00 to show and won $37.00!   Way to go, Annie!

It's time for Aunty Acid
