It was cool and a nice day to go downtown. We had lunch at the Rogue in Sinclair Center. On our way out of the station, we heard bagpipes. Then we saw this guy play this and it sounded exactly like bagpipes!
The fellow walked and the steps pumped air into the "bag" pipes! The sound was excellent.

There were lots of volunteers offering maps of the downtown area. They even asked us if we needed a map. Great for visitors to our city. I guess we looked like tourists.
