I didn't know this! Whenever I get anything to from my bank, I just walk over and speak to a teller! Once I was trying to transfer a small amount of money to a friend in California. I knew him very well but the bank gave me the third degree. I understand why they asked me many questions and it took over an HOUR, but they were doing their job. They finally wired the money from my US account to him.
