  • Tired - Nap
  • Sad - listen to music
  • Stressed - go for a nice walk
  • Angry - exercise
  • Burnt out - read a good book
  • Feeling lost - pray
  • Anxious - meditate
  • Overthinking - write
  • Uninspired - go outside
