Casinos in BC

We took a friend to Match at Cascades Casino in Delta for lunch.  After lunch we decided to go to the casino to look around.  We don't gamble but wanted to check it out.  We were asked for government ID.  The person we were with had a temporary drivers license as his old one had expired.  He left the temporary card in his car.  They wouldn't let us in.  There is a law that anyone entering a casino must show government ID.

Today we plan on meeting a few friends at Match restaurant in Delta.  One of the group said she didn't want to go because of the government ID requirement.

Match at Cascades Casino in Langley is adjacent to the casino.  If you enter from the east door, you need to show ID.  If you enter from the west parking lot door, you go right into the restaurant so no ID required.

Match at Cascades Casino in Delta is in the lobby of the Delta Hotel.  You don't go anywhere near the casino, no ID is required.

If you have the Encore rewards card, you save on your meal.  They also have Happy Hour from 3 - 6 and great daily specials.  It's a nice restaurant to eat at, just a little confusing with the casino rules.
