Maria is the wife of my oldest nephew Brad. In December they will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary! Maria is one of the nicest, generous and lovely people I know. She loves her birthday and it was great to celebrate with her today. We went to Uli's one of my sister's favorite restaurants in White Rock. Quite a few of her friends joined us. It was also Roger's birthday, a friend of Brad and Maria.

Other appetizers were Calamari and Crab Cakes. I wasn't fast enough with my camera, or too busy enjoying what I was eating to get pictures. The crab cakes were amazing and the Calamari wonderful.
