I've just completed a Photobook!

At our family reunion last year, cousin Beth put together a wonderful book with pictures and stories of all the lineage and family history of Cec's grandparents.  The reunion was wonderful with over 60 people in attendance.  I spoke to Beth about these books and she helped me last year complete a picture book for Brad and Maria.  I got baby pictures from Maria's mom and Cec had already scanned pictures of Brad as a child.  I had their wedding pictures and many pictures since.  The book turned out great and Brad and Maria were really happy. It was a great Christmas gift.

This year I decided to do a story book for my great nephews, Jack and Sam.  They have some very interesting ancestors on our side and I started when the first ancestor came to Canada.  Thanks to the grandparents on the other side, I got many stories and pictures from them.  They have an uncle in Japan and he sent me some great photos too.  I've finished the books and was very happy with the way they turned out.  After the stories were finished I filled the remaining pages with family photographs.  The books are 40 pages but you can add more if you need more space.  I order the hard covers with photo lustre paper.  Beth says photo lustre gives you the best results.

I got family photos and wrote stories of their lives.  Their struggles and accomplishments!  Sorry for the lousy picture but
I had to take them with my camera.  The Photobook Designer software will not allow you to save anywhere but their site

I'm now proficient with the software and learned how to use coupons to their full advantage.  When you are finished you upload and it sends to Malaysia.  The books were uploaded Tuesday afternoon and they arrived on my doorstep by noon on Friday!  Great service and an awesome gift!
