School Fundraiser

Tonight between 5:30 - 6:30, Lexi's school had a Sausage Tailgate Party Fundraiser!  I took over some side dishes to their house.  We went to the "Tailgate Party" and bought cooked sausages.  Two sausages, on a stick, your choice of sausage $5.00.   Many different sausage types and they were really good.  There were samples of all the sausages available to try.  Lots of BBQ's cooking sausages and every one was checked with a thermometer to make sure it was cooked properly!  You could order sausages for delivery but we will be away when they are delivered so we bought some frozen packages that were available for purchase on site.  35% of the proceeds of the sale go to the school.  What a good idea if you aren't vegetarian.
