The Prime Minister's Awards for Teaching Excellence and Teaching Excellence in STEM.

Jennifer Johnson-George is the daughter of my former boss, Don Johnson at Pacific Western Airlines.  When Don moved to Calgary in the 1980's, I would take Cheryl to play with Jennifer when I had a meeting at Head Office.  Sadly, Don passed away shortly after Jennifer won the award, but he went to Ottawa to see Jennifer get this awesome recognition.
