Our flight home was great. We flew from Punta Cana to Calgary in 6 hours 45 minutes. It was about an hour turn around in Calgary and then another hour and bit to Vancouver. Customs was fast and not filling in the declaration card makes it faster.

Air Transat A330 seats 345 passengers! I didn't realize how long it was. We chose option plus and the seating at the rear of the aircraft that is two abreast. We wanted Club seats but booked too late as they fill quickly. The seats are leather and the seat pitch is 32 which is pretty standard for North American economy on other airlines. It was wonderful in Punta Cana when they opened the rear door and we exited very quickly.
It's great to go away but always nice to return home. We came home to snow and temperatures below zero that should stay until next week!
