Happy Easter, Passover or whatever you celebrate!


Our family celebrates Easter.  I am having a small family dinner.  Rich is in California golfing, Catherine and the boys are in the United Kingdom, and Brad and Maria will be at the golf course.  It will just be Cheryl, Dave and Lexie.  I'm cooking a turkey and have a Nanaimo bar for dessert!  I made a Nanaimo bar once and by the time I bought the ingredients I found it cheaper to buy it already made and a lot easier.  Safeway had a small bar on sale.  I hope the Easter Bunny finds your house.
