Mama Mia! Here we go again

Yesterday Cheryl and I went to see Mama Mia 2.  We both loved the first film and stage play.  The music is from ABBA!  The first movie was filmed in Skopelos, Greece.  That film wanted you to book a vacation to a wonderful Greek island.  The sequel was filmed in Kozima, Croatia.  The island scenes were beautiful.

We rarely go to the cinema.  We subscribe to the Movie Channel, order pay per view and subscribe to Netflix.  I am much more comfortable at home.  Guildford Landmark Cinema let's you purchase your ticket ahead of time and select your seat!  The seats are incredible!  They are leather, recline and you can push a button to raise your legs, just like my Lazy-boy chair at home!  It's stadium seating so there is no bad seat anywhere in the theatre.  Monday is seniors days, where you save on the already discounted price.  We'll be going to the movies more often.

One of the movie critics said the movie was hard to follow.  I doubt he saw the first one.  If you saw the original movie you won't have a problem following the story line.  I loved Amanda Seyfried but I thought Lily James was incredible.  The rest of the cast returned and Cher joined the cast for the sequel.  I won't spoil the plot, if you haven't seen it, it's light and very entertaining.

After the show we picked up Dave and Lexie while Cec walked over to Big Ridge where we enjoyed the Sunday pizza special and their wonderful micro brewed beer.
