Picture

They say a picture is worth 1,000 words.  Tonight my brother-in-law brought over a picture that was given to my nephew, Paul, from my mom.  I've never seen this picture or any others from their list trip to Honolulu. 

My father collapsed and passed away from a coronary heart attack on January 21, 1971 in Honolulu.  He was 51 years old.  My mom came back from the vacation a very different person.  She never showed me any pictures of the trip.  I never even thought to ask her.

They both look great and happy.  What a nice picture to find after all these years.  Thank you Catherine for passing it on to me!
