Halifax, Nova Scotia

We docked early this morning.  There was a layer of marine fog that disappeared by 9AM.  Lexie and I went for a long walk on the boardwalk.  The Halifax Boardwalk is a really nice walk.  At noon, we boarded a Princess Tour; Scenic Drive and Peggy's Cove.  It was a very nice one hour drive to Peggy's Cove.
Beautiful walk on the Boardwalk

We toured the Maritime Museum.  Lots of history here!

Dec 6, 1917 the city has a major marine disaster in the port.
2,000 people died and 9,000 were injured when two ships collided in the harbour!

Lots of ship models

The Wireless Room.  I had to explain to Lexie about Morse Code!

I coded my name with the help of this lovely volunteer

The carvings in the granite are amazing!
