Gift wrapping for charity

Cheryl is volunteering at the Semiahmoo Shopping Center in White Rock, wrapping gifts for donations to the Canadian Cancer Society.  It's by donation only and if you donate $20 or more you get a tax receipt.  She's at the Center every Sunday from 2 PM to 6 PM until Christmas!

We don't buy gifts for adults any more, but only children.  It was fun when they were little but it's more difficult as they get older.  I go to the Dollar Store and buy a card that holds money and then to the bank.  Not to pass up donating to the Canadian Cancer Society, Sunday we went to Purdy's.  We bought "The Chocolate Survival Kit" in milk chocolate for Lexie to go with the special card.  I don't think she reads my blog but if she does, she no knows what's shes getting for Christmas!

She's a good gift wrapper.  Something she never learned from her mother!

James Mullinger and his visit to Canada!

Every now and again I find a funny video.  This is not crude because the places he mentions are all towns in Canada.  I love British humour ...
