Easter Dinner

This year there was no family dinner.  Cheryl and Dave are still working from home but both go out at times for their work.  It's best to stay away.  We miss Lexie but she came over on Saturday and we talked to her while she was in the car and we kept our distance on the driveway.  I managed to get some chocolate to her.

Brad who is out in the community says he will eat outside, but he did eat at the other end of the table.

This year Rich and Brad came for dinner.  We see Rich all the time and we are quarantining with him.  Brad stops by occasionally and has been dropping off food!  We asked him for dinner yesterday.

Brad brought me the gorgeous flower arrangement!   He also brought dinner!  Our dinner came from White Spot.  I can't see cooking a turkey for three or four and restaurants need the business to stay afloat.  White Spot advertised this:

It comes cooked, you just heat it.  I used the microwave because I had three men who were really hungry!  I was shocked at how good it was.  The vegetables were cooked to perfection!   Usually broccoli doesn't do well if it's reheated.  I think they blanched it and when it was served, it was excellent.  The stuffing was great and we had lots of gravy!

This was one order, we had two orders and it all got eaten!

Brad sat at the end of the table and kept his distance.  We really enjoyed our "take out" turkey dinner.  I would do it again!
