About 20 years ago when I worked with an IT security expert, he told me to make a decent password, use letters, numbers symbols and upper/lower case. Always capitalize one or two of the letters. Never use a child or pets name.
84p!nKc@t$ Use ! for an I, @ for an A a 0 for O, and end with a $ or ? or <, >, :. I should make my passwords longer according to this. Don't bother to try to hack into my sites, I've never used that p@$$w0rd but my passwords have always been secure.
