Meatloaf

I spend far too much time on social media.  I enjoy reading Facebook and Twitter and look at the recipe I found!  As I already had all the ingredients in my pantry, I tried it. I will say it was one of the best meat loaf's I've ever made.  

The recipe doesn't say but bake at 375F until the meat thermometer reads 160F.  It was about 55 minutes for me.  

I like recipes that are easy. This one will be my go to meatloaf recipe.  Cec raved about it and he never raves about anything I make.  He usually makes jokes....and sometimes they are funny.
