COVID blues

We live in the Fraser Health region.  It extends from Burnaby to Boston Bar.  It's huge and the majority of the population of BC lives in this area.  Our positive cases of COVID-19 are rapidly increasing.

Yesterday Dr. Bonnie made some strict restrictions that are needed for the next two weeks.  No social gatherings at homes or other indoor venues.  You cannot let anyone in your home!  Essential travel only and all indoor sports and sports activities are suspended.  Party buses and limos must stop operations immediately.  I was shocked she didn't make masks mandatory!  That's something that should be done.

I checked to see what I needed to cancel in the next two weeks, no problem, I have no plans!

I worry about people who live alone.  I also worry about seniors in long term care and people in hospitals that are denied visitors.

My relatives in the UK are on another lockdown.  My cousin in Nottingham said their city is the worst in the UK.  There are two universities and 350,000 students.  They party and ignore the rules.  The people of Nottingham are fed up with the young people who are ignoring the rules.  I think this pretty well sums it up:

And a great idea:

We must get this message out to the Centre for Disease Control and all labs!

Here's something we can all agree on.

1. The vaccine should be tested on politicians first.

2. If they survive, the vaccine is safe.

3. If they don't, the country is safe.
