Beer Can Chicken


Last night our neighbours invited us for dinner with a few others who live in our complex.  Don made "Beer Can Chicken".  I've seen it on Facebook, but never had it.  The chicken was delicious!  Kathy made a lovely pasta salad, fresh corn and Don also BBQed Italian Sausages!  We had blueberry pie and fresh strawberries for dinner along with lots of red wine!  Great to see the neighbours and it was a lovely night sitting outside.  Thank you Kathy and Don for your hospitality!
