We cannot scan or copy letters we receive. I wish I could because yesterday a letter made me cry. That doesn't happen often. This letter was very well written. It was done in cursive writing and his content was excellent. The letter was very long but I'll recreate the letter in short form:
I am in Grade 6 at ____ Elementary School in Vancouver. I'm from Ukraine, but we had to leave because of the war. I am enjoying Canada. I love my new friends and he named five boys and all the board games they play together.
All I want for Christmas is the war to end so all the children there will be safe!
I really enjoy answering letters to Santa but letters like this really melt my heart. Not a toy, computer or money requested!
