I have a cruise packing list that's a word document. You can edit it to your specifications. It's come in handy as I print it off for not only cruise trips but land trips. I started making travel lists when we had a truck and camper. I packed the food and the children. My husband "forgot" to put in the sleeping bags. That's the way I saw it, he however, said it was "my fault". Too funny, we went to Zellers and bought bedding! I thought all the sleeping bags were always in the camper. At least we had a good laugh.
If you don't have a list and want to make your own, here are things some people forget:
- An International adapter to charge your electronics. On a cruise ship you can plug it in the European slot and use your USA/Canada devices. Extra socket!
- Band-aids to treat blisters or minor scrapes
- Portable Battery Packs. Do not put in your packed luggage, but in your carry-on!
- Chargers and Cables for your electronics
- If you are flying, check the wi-fi on your flight. Some use apps and to get free wi-fi you need to have a membership number and password to get free access.
- Hand Sanitizer and wipes to clean and kill germs
- Masks, just in case there is an outbreak on your cruise
- Pack your own over the counter drugs. If you go to the cruise shop and ask for Imodium, they could think you have norovirus and confine you to your room!
- Ziplock bags. They come in handy if you need an ice pack
