July is blueberry month

Early blueberries are now for sale at my favorite farm on Hwy 10.  Every year I buy them fresh.  It's a family farm and the grandparents pick out all the stems and leaves.  They are the "cleanest" berries you can buy anywhere!  They are large and delicious.  They will be around for about three weeks,

Anyone who knows me well knows I don't bake much.  However, fresh blueberry pie is the exception.
Lactose and sugar free!
I've never enjoyed ice cream as I'm lactose intolerant. I heard this was available after I found lactose free yogurt and today I bought this to accompany the pie!  Delicious, I love July!
