Wednesday was world suicide prevention day. My nephew was on our local radio station. He's a strong supporter of mental health and he did a fantastic job. Suicide is a difficult thing to deal with. He's taken his pain and doing everything he can to help prevent anyone else from from trying to take their life.

Here is the website for anyone who is dealing with mental health. It's not just for men, it's for everyone! It was set up by the University of British Columbia, and is helping so many people. It's free and there is a lot of excellent information. It's being viewed world wide. If you know anyone who is suffering from depression, please pass it on.
