Today on David's You Tube he spoke of EFT or Tapping. He said it really helped him. His lung capacity went from 93 to 98 immediately!
Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It's also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. People who use this technique believe tapping the body can create a balance in your energy system and treat pain.
I did some research and it's something you do for yourself in your home. It's interesting how it helps children!

Premier John Horgan told us last week 1,100 people in British Columbia have been tested and only 500 in the ENTIRE US have tested. It makes you wonder how many people in the US have the virus and are not seeking medical assistance. If you don't have insurance, the test is US$ 3,000.00 and then the cost of the doctors visit. Apparently many working people in the US don't have paid sick leave either.

I know most American's are afraid of socialized medicine, but when a virus like this happens, they need to rethink it. I found this on PBS,org
About 44 million people in this country have no health insurance, and another 38 million have inadequate health insurance. This means that nearly one-third of Americans face each day without the security of knowing that, if and when they need it, medical care is available to them and their families.

The panic buying of toilet paper is funny! Why do people think they need a lot of toilet paper? Cheryl went to Costco Surrey today at lunch. It was so busy she couldn't get a parking spot so she went back to work. On her way home from work, she called me and said she was going to try it again. We were on the phone when she was driving in the Costco parking lot looking for a parking spot. She said "I don't believe it! This lady is pushing a cart with seven huge packages of toilet paper and three cases of hydrogen peroxide!"
I understand stocking up on soap, bleach and hand sanitizer but toilet paper and water?
