I wanted to attend an All Candidates Meeting for my riding of Cloverdale-Langley City. I found one in Cloverdale that was sponsored by the Cloverdale Chamber of Commerce. It was being held in the old Clova Theatre and also being broadcast on Zoom. I sent an email about three weeks ago asking for a ticket or a zoom invite. I would have gone to the theatre but I would prefer Zoom. They only gave the date of September 14th, but no time.
Last night, three minutes before the meeting started, I got my invite:

Needless to say, I didn't watch it! I'm happy I read all the platforms and voted in the advance election. The polls say it's too close to call. I don't believe the polls as they aren't always right, but I find them interesting to follow.
This is the poll I watch. Our riding earlier said Conservative Tamara Jensen, "leaning"; it now says "likely". Everything could change by election day. The pop ups are a little annoying.
It's easy to remember as there are 338 seats in Parliament!
