Elon Musk buys Twitter for $44 Billion

I've been on Twitter for so long, I actually get to use my name!   I enjoy Twitter.  There are lots of late breaking news reports, traffic problems and some heartfelt tweets.  Free speech is wonderful but hate speech is unacceptable.  Disinformation, misinformation and hate speech have no place on social media.  I commend Twitter for blocking people that are hateful and post lies and publish ridiculous conspicuous theories.  

Even if I don't agree with political views of people, I like to read why they think like they do.  I know everyone has the right to free speech and I'm glad this country allows it.  Will Elon Musk change the rules and allow every hate mongering, slandering, mental disturbed person to post whatever they want?   I sure hope not.

I'm reading online people will delete Twitter.  I think they may be the same people who said if Donald Trump was elected president they would move to Canada.  They haven't come here and I doubt they will delete Twitter.

Elon Musk told the United Nations he would give them $6 Billion to end world hunger if they showed him the plan of how he would use his money.  They did, and to date, he's never bucked up.  Why doesn't he use his millions to help people?  Help the hungry, war refugees, or give money to health care!   There are better things to do with your fortune, Elon.  Twitter is working just fine.
