Newfoundland

We boarded the ferry at 2AM.  It was a smooth ride across the Gulf of St. Lawrence.  When we landed, this is our first view.

We stopped for lunch.  Homemade soup, sandwiches, rhubarb and partridge berry tarts. Then off to Port au Choix National Historic site.  A very interesting Parks Canada site.

This caribou was just in front of the museum.  We then went for a 3 minute bus ride to a lovely motel with a delicious dinner.  Donna and I walked half a Block to see the fishing fleet.
We are getting up early tomorrow to catch the ferry to Labrador.
