My granddaughter told me about Dubai Chocolate. I'd never heard of it. She saw it on TikTok. They went to the Mediterranean last month and found the chocolate in Turkey at a market. They thought it was delicious.
Dubai chocolate is a chocolate bar containing a filling made with kadayif and pistachio. It was created by Emirati Fix Dessert Chocolatier in Dubai. Purdy's Chocolates, Vancouver has it, but it is not the same as the Dubai chocolate they purchased in Turkey.
