My mom Jayne

 

I've watched Law & Order SVU since it's first episode.  I love Mariska Hargitay the lead actress.  I found out a few years ago her mom was Jayne Mansfield.  I remember Jayne Mansfield who was a "blonde bombshell" in the 1950's.  Jayne died in a tragic car accident when she was 34.  

Mariska was only 3 when her mother passed away so she didn't remember her.  She started to investigate her mother's life.  The details she found out about her mother is amazing!  She was no "dumb blonde" but a very smart and talented woman.  

This film is wonderful!  Rotten Tomatoes gives it 100% and I would have to agree.  I will not give out any information as it has a huge twist.  It's a tear jerker.  It's on Crave and HBO.  

One of the best films I've seen this year!
