Happy Canada Day

I have never seen so many houses with Canada flags flying!  Our strata complex looks awesome.  Canadian pride is higher now than ever and it's so nice to see!

We have lots of celebrations in the Greater Vancouver area.  Steveston's Canada Day is in it's 78th year.  We lived in Steveston for 33 years and always enjoyed the parade and all the activities. 

Now we live in Cloverdale and the Cloverdale Fair Grounds has a huge celebration with entertainment all day and fireworks at dusk.  We usually go to Cheryl's backyard where she has an awesome view of the fireworks and we don't get in a traffic jam.
