On my way home I got a phone call from Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines regarding my online survey. I have NEVER received any feedback from any cruise line and I always fill them out. I'm honest and fair with my survey. This cruise got great reviews and I also mentioned by name our Genie, Room Steward and our great waiter at the Coastal Kitchen, Cliffroy from Jamaica for their exceptional service. She said she would pass on my nice comments to them. On the survey they had a question "did any cruise member ask you to mention them by name"? That's the first time I've seen that question on a survey and my answer was "no"! She was very nice and thanked me for my feedback. I am stunned they not only read it but had the time to call me and thank me for my comments!
