Happy Tuesday

This is beyond words!

Watching Dr. Bonnie Henry, I love the way she speaks to all of us.  I really enjoy her 3PM telecasts.  The BC cases are higher than earlier in the summer.  I hope they decrease soon.

Dr. Bonnie Henry, the provincial health officer, said on Monday, “we all have to be ready” as cooler weather arrives. She said British Columbians need to take a step back from the social interactions they’ve had this summer and go back to the basics: keep groups small, wash hands, physical distancing.

We are finding most people, including us, wear masks in stores.  It's really nice to see.  Some stores have a sign that says masks are mandatory and they offer masks if you don't have one.

At our Red Hat get together last week one of the ladies is a Snowbird.  She told us she will be going to her winter home in the US for six months.  I asked her if she got medical coverage and she said yes, with the Snowbird Association.  I checked and they are offering COVID medical coverage.  It's her decision to go to the US and I hope it works out for her.

Air Canada Vacations also announced yesterday they will offer COVID insurance.
