Saguenay

Walking in the rain, getting soaking wet...having lots of fun

View from the ship.  It's a lovely little town.
This morning at 8am we docked at Saguenay.  This little town only has a population of 144,746 and is the home of a Canadian Air Force Base.  Dave Duthie told us about the base and although we didn’t see the base, we saw the planes flying overhead.  I tried to get a picture but they were fast and loud!

Today is cool and it is raining lightly.  Lexie and I waited until after lunch and went for a nice walk through the town.  My Fitbit showed we walked 4 KM, which wasn’t bad considering we got quite wet.  It isn’t cold so it was quite refreshing.

We went to Trivia this morning and three teams tied for first including ours.  Two tiebreakers and we were all still tied.  We had to guess her age and we lost but it was fun.  Our teammates were from New Westminster!
It's now 5 PM and the sun is shining.  It will be gorgeous sail away at 5:30!
Tomorrow we have a wonderful day at sea!

Merry Shipmass
